We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel your Valo Red Light order, please review our policy below:
Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Order Placement
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase will receive a full refund with no restocking fee.

Cancellations After 24 Hours
For cancellations made more than 24 hours after your order is placed, a 15% restocking fee will apply to all Valo Red Light products. This fee covers the costs associated with processing, handling, and restocking your item.

How to Cancel
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at [help@valoredlight.com] as soon as possible. Please include your order number and reason for cancellation.

Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within [5-7] business days of receiving your cancellation request. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 15% restocking fee for orders cancelled after 24 hours.
