Open Your Subscription Manager
Click any “Manage My Subscription” button on this page.
Sign In To Your Customer Account
Enter the email address associated with your Valo order and follow Shopify's secure sign-in process.
Select Your Glow Serum Subscription
You'll be able to review your active subscription and its upcoming order information.
Make The Change You Need
Manage the available subscription settings shown in your account, including canceling your subscription if you no longer want recurring orders.

You can manage cancellation directly from your subscription account. Open your active Glow Serum subscription and select the cancellation option.

What does a recurring subscription mean?
It means your Glow Serum is ordered and billed automatically according to the subscription schedule you selected until the subscription is canceled.
Where can I see my next order?
Open your subscription manager and select your active Glow Serum subscription to review the information associated with your recurring order.
Can I update my payment information?
Your Shopify customer account provides subscription and account management options, including payment information associated with your subscription.
Can I update my shipping address?
Shipping and account information can be managed through your Shopify customer account. Make any needed changes before your next order is processed.
Can I skip or pause instead of canceling?
If skip or pause options are available for your subscription, you'll see them when managing the subscription inside your customer account.
How do I cancel?
Click “Manage My Subscription,” sign in to the account associated with your purchase, select your Glow Serum subscription and choose the cancellation option.
What happens after I cancel?
Canceling stops future recurring billing and deliveries for that subscription. If you want Glow Serum again later, you can place a new order or begin a new subscription.
