Shipping methods, delivery timelines, and delivery requirements may vary depending on the product, destination, inventory availability, and whether the order requires standard parcel delivery, freight delivery, or custom manufacturing.

By placing an order with Valo Red Light, you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing

Orders are processed as quickly as reasonably possible.

Processing time and shipping time are separate. An estimated delivery date or transit time does not necessarily include order processing, weekends, holidays, inventory delays, custom-production time, freight scheduling, or other circumstances outside Valo Red Light's reasonable control.

Products that are custom-made, made-to-order, backordered, temporarily unavailable, or shipped by freight may require additional processing time.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Any cancellation request is also subject to Valo Red Light's applicable Cancellation Policy.

Shipping Estimates Are Not Guaranteed

Any processing, shipping, transit, production, or delivery dates provided by Valo Red Light are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Valo Red Light is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Weather;

• Natural disasters;

• Carrier delays;

• Transportation disruptions;

• Labor disputes;

• Holidays and peak shipping periods;

• Customs delays;

• Government actions;

• Incorrect delivery information;

• Failed delivery attempts;

• Freight-terminal delays
